Today we will discover the 20 most played PC games in September 2017, analyzing the ranking made by Newzoo and Overwolf using the data collected in the United States and Europe.

Most played games of September 2017

In the first part of the ranking the changes were really small compared to August, with the first seven positions remaining unchanged. League of Legends continues to dominate, followed by Heartstone, Minecraft, Counter-Strike: Global Offensive, PlayerUnknown’s Battleground, World of Warcraft and Overwatch. GTA: San Andreas Multiplayer loses a position in favor of World of Tanks, while Rocket League closes in tenth position.

The second part of the rankings was much more lively and nobody held the positions of the previous month. Eleventh Tom Clancy’s Rainbow Six: Siege followed by GTA V, Guild Wars 2 who lost two positions, Farming Simulator 2017, ARK: Survival Evolved who retrieved four positions, Warface, Dota 2, Heroes of the Storm returned to the ranking after the absence of the last month, Garry’s Mod and finally ARMA 3.

According to Newzoo’s data, it would seem that the time spent by players in the survival world of PayerUnknown’s Battlegrounds is growing month after month. ARK: Survival Evolved also seems to confirm the trend of survival games after earning four positions following the official launch at the end of August.
